As Chairman of Citizens for Quality Education, a Polk County, Florida political action comittee involved in education issues, I have had the pleasure of working with The Nolan Group, and specifically with Tom Nolan. We completed a successful campaign in September, 2002, primary to change the governance of the Polk County school system from an elected to a selected or appointed Superintendent of schools. We could not have been successful without the structured guidance from Tom and his staff. The management and direction of our budget, timeline and media pieces were very instrumental to our victory. I can honestly say that the next time I am involved in a political campaign, I want Tom Nolan and The Nolan Group on my team.
